During this long weekend I had taken alot of pictures to my trip to P.E.I. However before I post some of my pictures, I wanted to give you a small taste of one of the most delicious things that you can eat while your in my neck of the woods. The picture below is a delicious strawberry shortcake I had a couple of weeks ago, also they had a strawberry shortcake dinner at one of the local churches in the area.
